Shawmut Corporation is a materials manufacturing company. I worked for them for nearly three years doing 3D visualization, photography, motion design, presentations, packaging, booklets, pattern creation, and trend research.
All work belongs to Shawmut Corporation and is only work that has already been publicly shared.
3D modeling, rendering, and animation
I used Cinema 4D and Octane render engine to digitally render materials so we could preview what they would look like in a car interior. I would edit scans in Photoshop and use them to create texture maps to bring materials we had not yet created to life.
photography
I used various photography equipment, primarily a lightroom studio set up at home, to take close-up photographs of materials to showcase their intricate colors, textures, and patterns. I edited the photographs in Lightroom and Photoshop to ensure they were the best representation of our products possible.
